A nominal 20% operational fee is retained for room preparation and exclusive inventory holding.

15-Minute Mistake Booking Protection
If you accidentally selected incorrect dates, the wrong room category, or the wrong property, notify our reception within 15 minutes of booking confirmation. We will adjust your dates for free or issue a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fee.
Kanpur Train & Flight Delay Coverage
If your arrival in Kanpur is disrupted due to Indian Railways train delays arriving at Kanpur Central (CNB) or flight cancellations at Chakeri Airport (KNU), share your PNR status on our WhatsApp desk before 12:00 PM for free date rescheduling with zero penalty.
Same-Day Walk-In & Online Bookings
For reservations created on the actual check-in date, rooms are immediately prepared and blocked from other travellers. You have a 15-minute cancellation window to cancel for a 100% refund; after 15 minutes, same-day bookings become non-refundable.
Early Check-Out & Unused Nights
If you must cut short your stay due to work urgency or travel changes, inform reception at least 24 hours prior to revised checkout. You are charged only for nights stayed and the ongoing 24-hour cycle; 100% of tariff for all remaining unspent nights is refunded.
