Every adult guest (18+) must present an original physical government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Digital phone screenshots without physical proof and PAN cards are strictly invalid for address verification per Indian hotel laws.

Unmarried adult couples possessing valid original government photo IDs proving 18+ years of age are warmly welcome across all Comfort Zone properties. We maintain guest dignity, confidentiality, and professional service under prevailing Indian law.
Non-Resident Visitor Regulations
Non-resident visitors may meet registered guests in our hotel reception lounge or dining spaces. To guarantee resident safety and peace, visitors are strictly prohibited from entering residential guest rooms past 09:30 PM without registering as overnight guests.

All air-conditioned guest suites, elevator landings, and conference halls are strictly 100% smoke-free. Dedicated open-air smoking lounges are provided outside. Indoor room smoking incurs a ₹1,500 deep-deodorization fee. Guests are liable for intentional property damage.
